JOB TITLE: SUPPORT STAFF
JOB SUMMARY:
· Responsible for all aspects of table management in dining areas
· Takes reservations
· Assigns tables and sections to servers
· Greets and seats customers
· Proper logging of events and functions in the reservation book
· Answers the phone during business hours
· Runs trays of food promptly to the correct table and trays/carts of dishes to the kitchen
· Assists waitstaff with beverage service and bussing tables
· Assists waitstaff with breakdown/reset of dining areas before and after service times
JOB REQUIREMENTS: A friendly smile and a proactive approach to problem solving. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. No prior experience is required, requirements include the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, flexible availability including days, nights and weekends, current O.L.C.C. service permit and Food Handler's card. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
